Minutes of the East River Amateur Radio Club meeting. 
 December 7, 2009 Ryan’s Steakhouse Bluefield, VA.

 The ERARC started the Christmas dinner around 6pm and the actual meeting was opened at 7pm by Lonnie Underwood KI4EED, ERARC President. There were 33 members and guests in attendance. It was so nice to see Bob Frazier WB8NRK and his wife Joyce at this meeting.
   Roger Stefancic KC8LGR gave the Treasurer’s report via email as he could not make the meeting tonight. A $18.90 phone bill was paid and envelopes and stamps were purchased at a $40.49 total. There was a $204.00 deposit of membership dues.
 Lonnie asked if there was pressing business to be brought up. There was none and the business meeting will be held over until next month. Lonnie gave Don Anderson WD8OOR the floor in his handing out the new 2009-2010 ERARC membership handbooks.  Don asked for volunteers to hand deliver any handbooks in order to save postage for the Club. Don was congratulated for his hard work in preparing the handbook. Don mentioned that the center page is the ‘new’ bandplan that can be removed for use.
 Cathy Underwood KG4CTK, ERARC Vice President and L.A. Farmer KB8OOK, proceeded to give out door prizes to those in attendance. 
 
 The meeting was over at 740pm.

Communications class for the Mercer Co. Civil Air Patrol
Trailer for storing equipment. Also used for deployment.
